I absolutely love how a bottle can still knock Garett out. Yes, he is still obsessed with his thumb but having a passed-out, quiet baby is a gift from God... especially when it's one down, one to go! :)
As you can see in the pics, Jake has his knee wrapped. He noticed some fluid build-up in it Monday after a jog and playtime in the pool. Tuesday, he could barely bend it so he had a consult done. Wednesday, he went in to have the fluid removed (he said about 30 cc's... or for us non-medical folks, enough to fill a baby jar). The doc had it wrapped and the fluid would be analyzed. He said it's still sore but mainly where he was stuck. I'll still give him sympathy, though! :) It's looking like he will head to Ecuador for the next week. If he didn't go, he was going to try Air Assault (to earn another badge), but the doc said that wouldn't be very smart right after this all took place.
